Master Zuo was founded in 2010 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Zongshen Power (stock code: 001696), a listed company in Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Relying on Group resources, Master Zuo has been deeply rooted in domestic medium and small thermal power and fittings market for years with its business channels spread nationwide. In 2017, carrying the hope and prospect of the Group, Master Zuo started strategic upgrade together with the AutoCloud Financial strategy, changing from “an offline chain sales service platform of medium and small power machinery” to “an ecological new retail service platform focusing on post automobile and motorcycle market”, dedicated to transportation machinery product sales services and AutoCloud Financial offline application, etc. Under the guidance of “industry, finance and network” of the Group strategy, the new Master Zuo stays true to the mission and restructures its abilities to start afresh, devotes to becoming a leading ecological new retail service platform in Chinese post automobile and motorcycle industry.
